I am contacting you regarding our upcoming national convention, Chautauqua 2026, which will be held July 19–24, 2026, in Orlando, Florida held inside of Doubletree by Hilton Orlando Theme Park Resort 10100 International Drive Orlando, FL  32821

This week-long event will bring together attendees from across the nation for worship services, leadership training, youth activities, community outreach, and fellowship. We anticipate a significant audience both in person and through our media platforms.

We are interested in learning more about your station’s advertising opportunities and would appreciate information regarding:

• Commercial spot rates (15-second, 30-second, and 60-second advertisements)

• Interview opportunities with our church leadership
• Sponsorship and media partnership opportunities

Additionally, we would like to know if your station would be interested in serving as an official media sponsor for Chautauqua 2026. In return, we would be pleased to recognize your station through event promotions, social media announcements, printed materials, and on-site acknowledgments during the convention.
